We don’t remember our login to the Online Application Portal. Can it be reset?
Click on “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page and enter the email that was used to set up the account. A new temporary password will be sent to that email. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact the Rocket Fund office for additional assistance. Remember, multiple users can be added to your account, each with their own login. Any of these users can log in and update account information as needed.
The portal won’t let me upload my documents. Am I doing something wrong?
The portal accepts most types of documents up to 50MB in size. It will not accept any documents that have a special character in the name (i.e. !@#$%^&*), so please double check the file name and try uploading again. We update the portal from time to time, and certain functions are offline, so please contact our office if you continue to have issues.
When does the Application Portal open for submissions?
The Application Portal opens four weeks prior to the deadline for Audiovisual and Digital Stream applications. For Partnership Stream applications, once the Producer has met all the eligibility requirements and has been invited to submit their proposal, the Application Portal will be opened for the submission.
